Our period rom com “The Golden Age”, my directorial tribute was produced by Belle Époque Films, the production company I opened in France nearly 8 years ago.

About ‘The Golden Age’, it is a slow-burn, but it burns! (Laughs)

Through the female protagonist I play in the film, as a Director, my goal was to pay tribute to the female pioneers who brought change in the sixties. Job done. The experience with the audiences at Cinequest is outstandingly engaged, such a phenomenal experience!

The setting of ‘The Golden Age’ is beautiful Saint-Tropez and Paris, combined with the 60s soundtrack I produced in partnership with Gibson, featuring titles from Chuck Berry and Jimmy Reed.

The experience with the audiences at Cinequest is phenomenal, merci to the Festival for highlighting on our tribute to artistry! Sharing the beauty of the village which changed my Life, Saint-Tropez, is a beautiful achievement on its own. Celebrating artistry has become urgent. If you have missed the first screening, there is a second one on Saturday August 27 at 12:30 pm.

@cinequestorg : “Be inspired by culture, by love, by passion! Coming to Cinequest in-person is the beautiful “THE GOLDEN AGE”, and you’re going to want to get your tickets and fall in love with a gem of a film—as well as meet the filmmaker and lead actress at each screening.

THE STORY: Two people desperate to change the world embark on a provocative and artistic journey through the beautiful streets of Saint-Tropez, a small village in the South of France. But, how far are they willing to go to create the transformation that will make them both happy?”
